Weekly Meetings, Caravans, and Work Shops
Each week, MSREIA
sponsors local and/or national speakers to speak on a topic of
interest to our membership. The General Membership Meetings
are free to our members. Guests pay $15 per meeting attended
(and are able to attend a maximum of 2 meetings). Members pay a
reduced price for Workshops; (some workshops are free to
members) guests and non-members pay full price. Some events are
open only to Members.
Caravans
Imagine the value of
a caravan matching experienced investors and beginners, where as
a group we visit rehab projects actually in progress, view
houses and discuss offers, learn how to figure the cost of
rehabbing. At MSREIA you don’t have to imagine.
Every month we take members on a caravan where we teach them how
to determine what to offer on properties, what is the
appropriate level of rehab, areas to avoid, prime areas, how to
attract buyers and renters, and the list goes on and on.
This is actual field training to supplement
the weekly classroom training.
The valuable benefit is available to MSREIA members at no
additional cost.
