Qualified and certified properties are marketed to MSREIA group members first. This means that all properties marketed at MSREIA meetings meet the basic criteria for minimum retail profit (8k to 12k of real profit) and minimum rental net profit numbers.

Many properties are sold before being posted on the MSREIA web site. Although you do not have to be a MSREIA member to buy properties from MSREIA, many of the great deals are often purchased before they reach the open market.
