  • Group Members Agree to Be Honest and Truthful
     

  • Group Members Agree To Honor Their Commitments and Contractual Timelines or Notify All Parties to Contract and Explain Why Commitment and/or Contractual Timelines Could Not Be Honored. Repeated Offenses of Missed Timelines and Dishonesty Will Be Cause for Dismissal From Group
     

  • Group Members Agree To Address Disputes With Other Group Members In The Following Manner-
     

    • Constructive Dialogue With Parties To The Dispute
       

    • Bringing The Dispute To The MSREIA Executive Committee and/or Board
       

    • Bringing the Dispute To The Membership of MSREIA
       

    • Binding Arbitration from Independent Arbitrator To Settle Disputes Group Members Understand That MSREIA Puts People Before Profits Group. Members Understand That All Parties Need To Win In All Transactions.
       

    • Group Members Agree To Truthfully Represent Products, Services, Capabilities, and Fees Group Members Agree To Have The Financial Availability of Funds To Make Good on All Purchase and Sell Contracts
       

    • Group Members Understand That Group Membership Is Contingent Upon Strict  Adherence To the MSEIA Code of Ethics
